What in the world is happening in America?? Honestly, don’t they have proper grocery stores? Farms? Fresh food?
Why does everyone eat out? Fast food isn’t even good.
It’s like this, want to eat? Get up, WALK to the grocery store and carry your bags back. Buy nothing in a box, bag or can. You can eat only as much as you can carry.

I agree with you but the cost of healthy food is too high for some families to afford, food has bad ingredints, nd time plays a part because Americans are so busy wroking that they don’t have time to cook. There are so many factors it’s ridiculus, but we must try and set our piorities straight.

I like Lucy’s “walk to the grocery store” idea– not only does it get people to exercise, but with the price of gas these days, you could save enough money on gas to buy some healthier foods! Bring your fat kids and make them carry some bags too

No I think it’s a great idea. I walk to the grocery store myself. I was just explaining the other factors. There are families that have to buy “box, bag or can” foods. Some people would rather spend $1,500 on a flat screen than $1.69 for fresh broccoli when they can get frozen cheaper when on sale.

Yeah. Just like its a person addicted to gambling has caused their own problems, or an alcholic, or drug addict.

As the program states these people are suffering from addiction. Not to say that this means that their problems are not their own responsibility the definately ARE. But they can’t change their habits by just pushing away from the table any more than a drug addict can just stop getting high, or person addicted to gambling can just stop doing it.

to be treated in pretty much the same as any other addiction, except that these people can never just stay away from food.

How difficult would it be for someone who is addicted to alcohol, drugs, to stay sober if they could never actually stop taking it.

A big part of regular rehab is staying away from your drug. These people can’t.

Of course they have to change. Their lives depend on it, but they don’t deserve any more “hate” than any other addict.
